Job Description
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will perform hands-on production work including measuring, cutting, and applying materials using basic hand tools. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. You will be standing, bending, lifting, or sitting for extended periods during your shift.
You will be trained to operate sewing machinery and will work with connection gel and fiberglass to manufacture LRS liners. You will also be responsible for matching work orders to product configuration and completing basic quality paperwork to ensure accuracy.
