Job title: Manufacturing Analyst
About the Role The Manufacturing Analyst will analyze manufacturing data and generate relevant reports, plan and schedule production based on work orders and the master production plan, and ensure material demand is met to support manufacturing operations. This role emphasizes adherence to Andritz Production System, safety norms, and continuous improvement of performance indicators.
What You'll Do
- Analyze manufacturing data and issue pertinent reports.
- Schedule manufacturing based on manufacturing orders and master plan.
- Plan material demand to meet manufacturing needs.
- Develop mid-complexity manufacturing routings.
- Execute the Master Production Schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Andritz Production System guidelines.
- Continuously monitor Andritz Performance Indicators.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, disciplinary, or other company guidelines and follow supervisor directions to comply with regulations and support sustainable development and optimized processes.
- Master ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and standards in day-to-day work.
- Perform other related tasks as directed.

- Technical competencies: SAP; ABNT standards and metrology; AutoCAD; Equipment and technologies for paper production; Material specifications; Production processes; MS Project; ABNT standards and metrology; AutoCAD.
- Industrial Mathematics.
- Crane operator.
- Forklift operator.
- Aerial platform operator.
- Machinery and Equipment Inspection (Abraman).
- Office Package (Excel Intermediate).
- English Basic.
- Spanish Basic.
- Formation: Technical training in industrial maintenance or Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Chemistry, Administration, or Technology in related fields.
