Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor
Job Purpose We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Client Advisor to join our Heathrow T5 team and create exceptional experiences for customers from around the world. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will bring our heritage, craftsmanship and creativity to life through personalised client service and expert product knowledge. This role is central to building lasting customer relationships, driving commercial success and delivering an elevated luxury experience in a fast-paced airport environment. Working collaboratively with the wider team, you will help create an inspiring store atmosphere where every customer feels welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience that reflects Burberry’s luxury service standards.

Personal Profile

Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with an international customer base.

Previous experience in luxury, premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
