Job title: Managing Director, Reinsurance
An experienced leader is required to head reinsurance operations, drive commercial and treaty strategies, and maintain strong relationships with local and international reinsurers in a senior executive role based in Lagos.
Role details: Location: Lagos, Nigeria (as stated in the posting). Employment type: Full-Time; role indicated as Hybrid / On-Site. Salary: ₦50,000,000 – ₦53,000,000 Gross/Annum.
Requirements
- BSc in a relevant discipline.
- MBA or MSc is required.
- CIIN qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 18 years’ experience overall.
- At least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in the reinsurance industry.
- Strong relationships with local and international reinsurers.
- Proven expertise in treaty and facultative reinsurance.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
