Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services, including at least 10 years in asset management, investment banking, capital markets or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive or senior management position, with a proven track record of growing Assets Under Management (AUM) and delivering sustainable profitability.
- Relevant professional certification, preferably CFA, ACA/ACCA or CIS. An MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the Company's strategic plan to drive sustainable growth, profitability, market expansion and shareholder value.

Provide strategic oversight of investment management activities, portfolio performance, product development and growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, promote strong corporate governance and champion enterprise risk management and internal controls.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting, capital allocation, cost efficiency and revenue diversification.

Lead executive management, build strategic partnerships, strengthen stakeholder relationships and drive innovation and digital transformation.
