They are building a lean, high-accountability execution team and are looking for a Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer to join them.

THE ROLE

Lead delivery of the Ajaokuta Mini project from active site construction and equipment installation through commissioning, first gas, ramp-up and sustainable commercial operation, while keeping safety, quality and regulatory compliance ahead of schedule pressure.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field (postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage)

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in oil and gas, LNG, industrial construction or infrastructure, with senior accountability for project delivery

  • Proven record of leading projects through construction, commissioning and start-up

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including gas supply and offtake contracting

  • Experience engaging Nigerian regulators, government agencies and host communities

  • Uncompromising integrity and a safety-first leadership style
