About the Role

The Managing Analyst will work in a dynamic team focused on HTA data and support clients with questions and customized reports across live and offline channels. The role centers on extracting, analyzing, and presenting HTA-related clinical and economic information to drive insights and inform pricing and reimbursement decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and extract data from HTA submissions and reports (Data entry and management & Quality assurance)

  • Collect, organize, and synthesize clinical and economic information

  • Provide meaningful analyses and insights from HTA reports

  • Interpret, summarize, and present results to the broader team

  • Prepare reports and analyses for internal use

  • Ensure deliverables meet EVERSANA quality standards

  • Keep up to date on the pricing and reimbursement landscape (US and global) as well as changes in reimbursement rules

  • Stay up to date on latest news in major therapeutic/disease areas

  • Understand global HTA agency decision-making processes

  • What We're Looking For

  • 6 to 7 years of relevant work experience (HTA, market access or health economics)

  • Consulting experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills in English—written and oral

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Market Research (Data Interpretation, Secondary research, and Analysis)

  • Knowledge in the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical domain is MANDATORY

  • Pharmaceutical Market Access will be a value addition

  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, quick learner & effective time management

  • MS in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Life Sciences

  • Nice to Have

  • Pharmaceutical Market Access knowledge/experience as a value addition
