We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and target-driven Manager/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a new eatery in Festac Town and ensure strong customer service and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eatery.
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and general business activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the business in achieving its sales and operational targets.
