Position Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager Business Vertical Valuations and Professional Services
Location
Reporting to Senior Director – Valuations Key Stakeholders Direct Reports Duties & responsibilities What this job involves –
- Execution: Delivery, Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee execution of valuation assignments for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch documents, and valuation reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate and compliant valuation reports.
- Review and sign-off on reports in accordance with RICS/IVS standards and internal quality protocols.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, banks, developers, and corporates.
- Business Development, Team Management
- Lead a team of valuation professionals across multiple locations.
- Train, mentor, and manage performance of team members.
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, etc.).
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Mitigate risks by following valuation SOP, highlighting conflict of interest through client communication.
- Financial & Operational Oversight
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Track MIS and reporting metrics for internal dashboards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate must, post graduate qualifications preferred
- 03-10 years of work experience
- Males/ Females – open for both
