Manager Value Realization

The Manager, Value Realization is a critical member of the Value Realization Office, operating across two of the company's most important strategic programs the Global Transformation and the Integration between Brink's and NCR Atleos. Reporting to the Senior Director, Value Realization (IMO), this role helps ensure that the Transformation of the Global Functions delivers measurable, committed value.

The Value Realization Manager is the finance-minded partner who connects operational decisions to business cases reviewing and maintaining those business cases so that value is quantified, protected, and ultimately realized. The Manager embeds directly in the mechanisms where the functional Transformation and Integration work happens: workstream teams, stage-gate reviews, and functional synergy workshops. This is a flexible role, moving across the Global Functions and both programs as enterprise priorities evolve.

Success requires strong analytical rigor, business-case discipline, and the executive presence to lead and influence functional and market stakeholders across a complex, matrixed global organization - driving accountability for delivery without direct authority over the teams executing the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Business-Case Review, Tracking & Validation

• • Review and maintain the business cases across the Global Functions, ensuring assumptions, baselines, and financial impacts remain current and grounded.
• • Connect operational decisions to their business-case impact translating changes in the functional Transformation and Integration work into updated value, timing, and risk.
• • Track execution versus baseline, surface variance drivers and corrective actions, and validate that committed benefits land and are captured in the GL.
• • Validate that savings are attributed to the correct accountabilities and do not "leak" due to timing, mapping, or ownership gaps.
• • Build synergy, cost savings, revenue enhancement, and working capital models to quantify value creation opportunities and track realization against targets.

• Value Realization Across Integration & Transformation

• • Lead value realization across both the Transformation Program and the IMO, ensuring a single, coherent view of committed value across the Global Functions.
• • Support baselining and target-setting partner on the apples-to-apples financial and FTE baseline and translate top-down targets into a bottom-up initiative pipeline.
• • Ensure integration synergies are truly net-new and substantiated with actionable initiatives and grounded business cases, consistent with the synergy rulebook.
• • Maintain clean attribution between Transformation initiatives and Integration synergies to prevent double-counting or value leakage.
• • Operate as an embedded value partner in a two-in-the-box model - leading and influencing functional, market, and workstream stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment to drive alignment and accountability.

• Governance, Reporting & Stage-Gate Discipline

• • Move initiatives through the value-capture stage-gates (L1 ideation through L5 full impact realized), ensuring each gate is met with grounded evidence before advancing.
• • Maintain initiative data and tracking in the value-capture platforms (myIMO for Integration; Shibumi for Transformation).
• • Serve as a point of contact into Corporate FP&A for forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation of committed value across the Global Functions.
• • Produce recurring, standardized weekly/monthly reporting (cost, benefit, progress, risk) for the Senior Director and enable transparent read-outs to the IMO, ELT, and Steering Committees.

Qualifications

• Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6-9+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, business-case development, or finance business partnering.

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to connect operational decisions to business cases and P&L impact.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across a complex, matrixed organization without direct authority.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the executive presence to engage functional and market leadership.

• Flexibility and adaptability to shift focus across the Global Functions and both programs as enterprise priorities evolve.

• Preferred

• MBA or other advanced degree; relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP).

• Experience within a Transformation Office or an Integration Management Office (IMO), or in M&A synergy realization.

• Experience with value-tracking tools and stage-gate governance.

• Success Measures

• Delivery and GL/Balance Sheet capture of committed Transformation savings and Integration synergies across the Global Functions.

• Quality, rigor, and timeliness of business-case review, tracking, and validation.

• Clean attribution between Transformation and Integration - no double-counting or leakage.

• Initiatives progressing through stage-gates on plan, with risks identified and mitigated early.

• Trusted, embedded value partner to functional and workstream teams; strong stakeholder confidence.
