About the Role Manager, Supply Chain Controlling, acting as a finance business partner to the global supply chain and driving performance across the function. You will consolidate KPIs, provide global guidelines, and lead budgeting and transparency initiatives for freight costs, inventory and delivery performance. What You'll Do
- Finance business partner for the global supply chain team
- Track and drive supply chain performance and participate in decision-making with global supply chain leaders
- Consolidate and track supply chain KPIs in inventory, freight cost and delivery; provide transparency for global freight and duty costs (inbound, outbound)
- Lead the global freight cost budgeting process including calculation of standard freight rates
- Provide global guidelines and set targets for SCM KPIs
- Support inventory optimization programs
- Conduct profitability analysis for production relocation / network optimization What We're Looking For
- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent, with specialization in finance and/or further education in controlling
- 5-10 years' experience in controlling
- Intermediate knowledge in SAP modules CO, FI, MM
- IFRS accounting knowledge
- Strong Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English; German basic knowledge is a plus Nice to Have
