About the Role

Reveal is seeking a high-performing strategy professional to join its Strategy & Transformation team. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation, product strategy, and M&A execution within a private-equity-owned technology business. From our downtown Chicago headquarters, you will partner with senior executives, functional leaders, product teams, and PE sponsors to shape and deliver initiatives that materially impact enterprise value.

What You'll Do

• Support high-impact transformation programs across revenue growth, margin improvement, organizational design, and operational effectiveness

• Contribute to strategic planning efforts including annual and multi-year value creation roadmaps

• Partner with product and commercial teams to support portfolio strategy, pricing/packaging analyses, and investment prioritization

• Assist with M&A activities including commercial diligence, synergy analysis, post-merger integration planning, and carve-out support

• Own portions of workstreams—from structured problem solving and data analytics to delivering insights and recommendations

• Build robust financial models, business cases, and KPI dashboards to track performance and drive decision-making

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to translate strategy into actionable execution plans

• Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders

• Contribute to building internal transformation playbooks, frameworks, and best practices

• Provide guidance and informal coaching to analysts or junior teammates as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned to support team, department, and organizational goals

• What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or PE-backed environments

• Experience supporting workstreams within transformation programs or for PE portfolio companies

• Exposure to technology or SaaS business models is a strong plus

• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development skills

• Experience building executive-level presentations (e.g., board materials, strategy reviews)

• Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving skills

• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Clear and concise communication skills; able to craft compelling executive narratives

• Action-oriented mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and drive execution

• Entrepreneurial mentality with interest in operating inside a PE-backed company

• Ability to toggle between strategic insights and hands-on analysis

• Collaborative working style with ability to influence across teams

• Interest in growing into senior strategy, operations, or investing roles

• For Illinois-based roles, the budgeted annual salary range is $120,000 to $140,000. Plus, participation in one of our bonus plans.
