YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic projects and workstreams across the EMEA region from analysis through implementation, driving cross-functional alignment and execution
- Conduct market, consumer, competitive, and business performance analysis, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Support annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, leadership reporting, and strategic growth initiatives
- Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases to support key business decisions
- Prepare impactful presentations and strategic materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders, translating complex business topics into clear and compelling narratives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Support PMO, governance, and project tracking activities
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, commercial excellence, or related analytical roles, ideally in an international and fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders in international matrix organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including commercial and financial analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, demonstrated by independently structuring, prioritizing, and driving tasks through to completion
- High level of ownership and self-motivation, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented, resilient, and collaborative mindset
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with BI/data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
