Manager - Strategic Learning Business ConsultantCapital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team is looking for a Strategic Business Consultant to shape and deliver the learning and development strategy to support our Enterprise Services, Software, Business Cards & Payments and enterprise Tech teams. You'll partner with key business and Human Resources (HR) leaders to design and implement learning initiatives for hundreds of associates spanning multiple job families within these lines of businesses.We're seeking someone who can seamlessly connect business objectives with learning solutions, translating strategic ideas into impactful, learner-centered experiences.
