Manager, Specialized Care

The Specialized Care Manager, LATAM serves as a strategic HR partner supporting business leaders across Latin America in employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role provides expert guidance on complex employee and labor matters, drives workforce initiatives, supports organizational change, and helps mitigate business and people-related risks while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support business objectives and workforce strategies.
• Lead complex employee and labor relations matters across LATAM.
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance, and risk management.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changes.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee experience, and people practices.
• Partner with Legal, HR Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to deliver people solutions and drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee and labor relations.

• Experience supporting multiple LATAM countries and unionized environments preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws across Latin America.

• Excellent consultative, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
