About the Role As Manager Service you will have a full responsibility for our service operations—from daily activities to long-term development. You will lead an experienced team of five service engineers and drive the business forward globally, focusing on service delivery quality and aftermarket expansion. What You'll Do
- Lead global service operations for our online analyzers, plan and execute service assignments worldwide, and ensure high quality deliveries.
- Provide clear direction and foster collaboration within a team of experienced service engineers while maintaining a strong business focus.
- Develop, sell, and manage service agreements; follow up with existing customers and identify new aftermarket opportunities.
- Own the service budget, forecasts, and performance; drive the development of new service offerings.
- Oversee preventive and corrective service, customer support, and remote diagnostics; plan recurring service interventions and commissioning of new analyzers at customer sites.
- Work closely with customers globally to secure long-term relationships and high customer satisfaction; some travel may be required. What We're Looking For
- Relevant university or engineering degree (process, mechanical, or chemical) with technical background and experience working closely with both customers and business; proven ability to drive results.
- Prior leadership/people management experience.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Business-minded with a drive to develop customer relationships and create long-term value; comfortable in a global context; fluent in Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel. Nice to Have
- Experience from process industries (pulp and paper) is a plus.
