We are looking for a Senior Designer to join Visa Creative Studio as we build a best-in-class global creative team for Visa and the clients we serve.
The ideal candidate bridges brand storytelling with performance-focused design—creating work that drives near-term conversion while building long-term brand equity.
You’re comfortable optimizing CRM and lifecycle programs for measurable results while elevating our clients’ visual expression and design language. You deliver work that is strategically sharp, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably on brand.
You’ll report to the Global Head of Design and help shape how our studio blends performance rigor with brand craft.
