About the Role
As Manager Scientific Engagement, you will operate as a trusted scientific partner and independent contributor, responsible for building and strengthening relationships within the medical and scientific community. You will design and establish scientific engagement platforms across CZ and beyond, act as a scientific bridge between medical experts and cross-functional teams, and drive scientific exchange and education. What You'll Do

Design and establish scientific engagement platforms across CZ and beyond.

Build trusted, peer-level relationships with healthcare professionals (oncologists, cardiologists, and other specialists).

Act as a scientific bridge between medical experts and cross-functional teams.

Drive scientific exchange and education through congresses, expert meetings, seminars, publications, and presentations.

Contribute to understanding of clinical trials, data, and evidence-based insights.

Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders from sales, product, and digital.

Represent scientific initiatives internally and externally. What We're Looking For
