About the Role As a Manager in EY's Risk Transformation Team, you will support leading Australian and global organisations by assessing, designing, implementing and operationalizing innovative approaches to risk management, in support of enhanced decision making and strategy execution. This is a hybrid role based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Naarm (Melbourne) or Warrang (Sydney) with flexible working across our National Risk Transformation Practice. What You'll Do
- Lead engagements for public and private sector clients, including assessing conformance of risk management approaches with better practice (ASX Corporate Governance Principles, AS/NZS ISO 31000:2018) and other relevant standards.
- Design and embed fit-for-purpose risk management frameworks aligned to recognised standards and regulatory expectations.
- Conduct risk deep dives to understand key causes, consequences and necessary controls within appetite.
- Facilitate risk assessments to support operational decision-making and risk within appetite. What We're Looking For
- Experience in risk management and risk transformation programs; ability to lead engagements with public and private sector clients.
- Knowledge of or exposure to ASX Corporate Governance Principles and ISO 31000:2018, regulatory expectations.
- Ability to design and embed risk management frameworks; conduct risk deep dives and risk assessments.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Nice to Have
