Job Summary
Reporting to the General Counsel, the Manager, Risk Management and Compliance provides comprehensive risk management and compliance support across Occidental College. The Director advises and collaborates with stakeholders on a broad range of matters, including risk management, insurance, data privacy, compliance, employment, and issues unique to higher education. The Manager, Risk Management and Compliance serves as a strategic and collaborative problem solver, helping the College identify and address risks while supporting institutional priorities in a complex liberal arts environment.
