Job title: Manager, Risk Data Product Manager

About the Role As a Product Manager within Capital One's Nexus Risk Data Products organization, you will help define and deliver authoritative, AI-ready data products to power real-time risk management for Enterprise Risk Organization (ERO). You will collaborate with partners, translate strategy into reusable data products, and drive data-driven insights across a modern cloud-based data ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to research, ideate, and deliver reusable data products
• Apply discovery techniques to identify internal customer pain points
• Break down epics into features and user stories
• Write acceptance criteria and lead refinement with engineering
• Evaluate new technical approaches to solve customer needs
• Drive day-to-day prioritization, troubleshoot issues, and oversee releases
• Research and troubleshoot data-related issues from data user communities
• Conduct data analysis to inform new product features

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred)
• Strong passion for data; understanding of a modern cloud-based data ecosystem; data producer and consumer needs; data governance concepts; strong technical background

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage risk in product delivery

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary for McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 annually for Manager, Product Management
• Eligible for performance-based incentives (cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives)
