Job title: Manager, Revenue Management & Distribution
About the Role The Manager, Revenue Management & Distribution will lead integrated revenue management and distribution strategies during the pre-opening, opening and retention phases of LATAMC hotels, ensuring maximum revenue contribution, commercial competitiveness, and sustainable growth of direct and indirect channels.
What You'll Do
- Analyze market position using inputs from STR, TravelClick and other market data; define and implement pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
- Monitor RevPAR Index and market share; ensure alignment with GOP, OCC and budget targets.
- Analyze performance by segment and channel mix; develop recovery plans for underperforming hotels.
- Map seasonality, events, and economic variables of the market.
- Lead pre-sale and demand acquisition strategies for hotel openings; design and implement pre-opening promotional rates, including early-bird discounts and launch offers.
- Ensure correct load and availability of promotional rates across all distribution channels (CRS, GDS, OTAs, brand.com, voice and consortia); actively participate in promotions and campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Provide training on Revenue Management tools for properties.
- Lead multichannel strategy: Brand.com, OTAs, GDS, Voice and WR; ensure rate parity across channels; monitor OTA ranking, visibility and conversion.
- Validate connectivity, inventory load and restrictions; ensure commercial readiness before go-live; monitor revenue ramp-up versus forecast; create performance reports and action plans; adjust strategy as demand evolves.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Economics or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Management, Distribution or hotel digital marketing.
- Experience in openings and management of commercial performance will be a differentiator.
- Knowledge: PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, OTAs, SEO, web platforms, advanced Excel.
