Job title: Manager Qualité France
Location: Rouen or Le Havre (France)
Reporting Line: Reports to Sites Director (Normandie Hub)
Travel: Split presence between Le Havre and Rouen sites, Limit travel and interactions with global teams
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, 4 days on site I 1 day flexible
As Quality Manager France, you will ensure the compliance of products, processes, and quality management systems with regulatory and standard requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.) as well as customer expectations. You will lead the quality strategy across Rouen, Le Havre and Mourenx sites, ensure the reliability of laboratory analyses, and promote a quality culture within the organization together with a multi-disciplinary quality organization including laboratory management and quality support, with strong transversal influence across operations and HSE.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Define, deploy, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Drive quality performance across all sites within France, with a strong focus on reducing non-conforming products and improving process reliability
- Lead customer and supplier quality interactions, acting as the main quality representative
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring robust action plans and compliance follow-through
- Lead, manage and develop the quality organization, including laboratory teams and quality support resources
- Ensure the reliability, traceability, and timeliness of laboratory analyses
- Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational quality across all levels
- Collaborate transversally with operations, HSE, and corporate teams
- Analyze root causes of non-conformities and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions
Required Qualifications that Enables Your Success
- Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Quality within chemical or process industry
- Proven experience managing teams and leading transversal initiatives
- Strong expertise in ISO 9001. IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 45001 are a plus
- Experience in manufacturing environments with laboratory interaction
- Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in French and English

- Experience in multi-site or matrix organizations
