About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Projects & Engineering EMEA, the Manager, Industrial Projects EMEA (F/H) is responsible for supporting factories across the EMEA perimeter in preparing, steering and delivering industrial investment projects, and for advancing continuous operational performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the industrial performance improvement program across the EMEA perimeter and deploy a structured continuous improvement approach based on Professional Maintenance / TPM.
- Define and drive a long‑term Industry 4.0 roadmap, including modernization of maintenance tools; improvement of Process Control systems; and implementation of monitoring, data analysis and advanced diagnostics capabilities.
- Animate the program by influence, mobilizing local teams and support functions without direct hierarchical authority.
- Coordinate closely with IT and domain experts to ensure coherent, scalable solutions.
- Support plants in the preparation and tracking of industrial investments, including upstream analysis of technical needs, solution selection, supplier evaluation, and dossier preparation for investment decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in industrial project leadership within manufacturing, with a track record of driving performance improvements and investment programs.
- Expertise in TPM/Professional Maintenance and continuous improvement, plus familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and Process Control.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct reporting lines; comfortable working with IT, operations, maintenance and quality teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the EMEA region (approximately 60-70%).
