About this role

About the Role The Project Management Manager oversees the organization’s project management system, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure projects meet objectives. This role also leads a team of project management professionals and drives continuous improvement across departments. What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute project plans and timelines; define scope and objectives; allocate resources and budget; monitor and adjust plans.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage expectations; facilitate meetings and presentations.
  • Establish and enforce quality control processes; conduct audits; address quality issues.
  • Develop and manage project budgets; track expenses; optimize resource allocation; report budget status.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports; track milestones.
  • Identify and manage project risks; develop contingency plans; communicate risks.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations; gather feedback; implement improvements and share lessons learned.
  • Lead and manage a team; set goals and KPIs; foster positive team environment; develop training. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with at least 5 years of experience; at least 2 years as a people manager or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, SEM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements.
  • Strong resource allocation skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
  • End-to-end project management experience from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to lead improvement initiatives and report to senior leadership. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: CAD 100,000 to CAD 170,000 per year, plus bonus.
