About this role
About the Role As a Project Manager (PM) with Aecon's Nuclear sector, you will have overall responsibility for the successful execution of defined segments of work within a project, focusing on achieving KPIs for Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost. This role drives coordination across multiple functions to deliver complex infrastructure and energy projects. What You'll Do
- Coordinate project work groups to align on execution goals and track actions and deliverables across all groups.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update the project schedule for accuracy.
- Create and implement Action/Recovery Plans to address schedule performance issues.
- Monitor and validate project metrics (Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule) for assigned work segments.
- Identify and report any resource constraints or risks impacting the plan.
