ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking a Manager, Production Operations to guide technical production operations across our live and recorded programming. This role is responsible for building a consistent, scalable operating model that supports high-quality execution across all productions, shifts, and teams. As Manager, Production Operations, you will lead Supervisors and Production Assistants, strengthen frontline operational structures, drive standardization across workflows, strengthen resource planning, and partner cross-functionally to ensure productions run smoothly, efficiently, and seamlessly. This role relies on live production fluency, including hands-on multi-camera directing and technical directing experience in live or recorded production environments.
