About the Role Tria, an Avnet company, focuses on delivering compute, system and HMI innovations to help OEMs bring products to market faster. The Manager Production Engineering PCB/Systems will lead production engineering activities for PCB and systems, leveraging Tria's platform technologies and design & manufacturing capabilities to deliver high-quality embedded compute and HMI solutions. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the production engineering team for PCB/Systems
- Drive end-to-end production readiness from design to manufacturing to ensure on-time launches
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize processes and product quality
- Champion the use of platform technologies and manufacturing capabilities to accelerate product introductions
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and escalation of manufacturing issues
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers on production-related aspects What We're Looking For
- Experience in production engineering for PCB/Systems and electronics manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of embedded compute, system and HMI solutions
- Ability to translate design concepts into scalable production processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with design, quality, and manufacturing partners
