Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Steuerung und Koordination internationaler Rollouts der E-Commerce Plattform auf Basis von SAP Commerce Cloud – von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis zur Übergabe in den operativen Betrieb
- Planung und Steuerung von Weiterentwicklungen in einem etablierten, international ausgerollten Lösungsumfeld mit Fokus auf geschäftlichen Mehrwert, Stabilität, Skalierbarkeit und nachhaltige Prozessverankerung
- Aufnahme, Analyse, Strukturierung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Lösung
- Beratung, Begleitung und Unterstützung der lokalen Fachbereiche, insbesondere Vertrieb, Customer Service, Marketing und Produktmanagement, bei der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der eCommerce-Plattform
