Job title: Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Product & Experience
About the Role Capital One's Enterprise Product & Experience team leads data, design, ML, and engineering to deliver industry-defining products and customer experiences. As Manager, Product Management, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into customer‑centred product solutions and drive measurable value for associates and customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end product management for Enterprise Product & Experience initiatives, shaping roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with data, design, ML, engineering, and developer capabilities to deliver innovative, resilient solutions that enable near‑term and long‑term value.
- Translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products and own the execution from discovery through delivery.
- Identify complex problems, mitigate risks, and drive cross‑functional collaboration and alignment.
- Influence stakeholders, communicate progress, and advocate for user‑centered design and measurable outcomes.
- Help scale Capital One's product management framework across the enterprise to accelerate value delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or related) OR Bachelor's in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products; experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary ranges by location (all USD, annual): Chicago, IL $149,800–$171,000 (Manager) and $182,500–$208,300 (Sr. Manager); McLean, VA $164,800–$188,100 (Manager) and $200,700–$229,100 (Sr. Manager); New York, NY $179,700–$205,100 (Manager) and $219,000–$249,900 (Sr. Manager); Plano, TX $149,800–$171,000 (Manager) and $182,500–$208,300 (Sr. Manager); Richmond, VA $149,800–$171,000 (Manager) and $182,500–$208,300 (Sr. Manager).
- Salaries for other locations may apply and will be specified in the offer letter.
- This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives and long-term incentives.
