Manager, Product Analyst
The Product Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Managers, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role combines product analysis, business process optimization, requirements management, and solution delivery support to help ensure products deliver measurable business value and a strong user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Define the business problem, translate business needs into user stories, success metrics, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications • Apply in-depth knowledge and analysis of current- and future-state processes to inform and shape sound technology solutions

Understands end-to-end workflows and identifies opportunities for simplification, automation and optimization

Support product roadmap planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and release activities.

Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and enterprise standards

Lead process analysis, testing, user acceptance activities, and implementation readiness efforts.

Monitor product performance, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Build strong partnerships with global business, IT, and vendor teams and act as the voice of the customer.

Skills & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

6+ years of experience with a BS/BA or 4+ years with an MS/MA/MBA in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Product Management, or related technology roles.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, business process analysis, and product delivery practices.

Proven track record successfully working with cross-functional stakeholders, development teams, and global delivery organizations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.

Prior experience working in a global GCC or similar, geographically-distributed matrixed organizations.

Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred.
