Job title: Manager, Procurement GBS Analytics
About the Role The Manager, Procurement GBS Analytics will lead and own the design and creation of procurement reports for the business, driving analytics within the Global Business Services organization. This role focuses on building a comprehensive, reliable Procurement Bowler report, supporting commodity teams in market analytics and price forecasting, and collaborating with the systems team to implement standard tools for metrics reporting.
What You'll Do
- Lead and own the design and creation of procurement reports based on business needs; build a comprehensive, reliable Bowler report
- Support commodity teams in market analytics and price forecasting
- Collaborate with the systems team to implement standard tools for metrics reporting
- Ensure the Source to requisition GBS Analytics team delivers quality reports and analytics output to all stakeholders; meet agreed turn-around times
- Ensure each team member has individual development plans to grow in their careers
- Optimize resource utilization for reporting, analytics and operations to serve all procurement needs
- Drive Copeland Business System implementation within the team and identify improvements in analytics/metrics reporting
- Identify and drive technology improvements including automation and AI to reduce manual work
What We're Looking For
- Experience in procurement analytics and reporting, with ability to design and deliver actionable insights
- Proven ability to lead a work area and manage multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CBS, and experience with standard analytics tools or similar
- Strong collaboration skills with systems teams and commodity groups
- Track record of delivering on tight turnaround times and building development plans for team members
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation and AI to streamline manual processes
- Prior exposure to CBS implementations
