Position Summary
The Manager of Portfolio Execution will facilitate the planning and execution of acquisitions and divestitures. As part of the Strategy & Corporate Development organization, this role is critical to ensuring seamless integration / separation planning and execution across the business and all functional teams. As member of the central IMO or SMO, this role will support alignment, governance, and operational excellence to achieve transaction milestones and value creation. Responsibilities will include the following:
Acquisition Integration Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate integration and separation activities across functional teams with a focus on value creation and business continuity
- Support the development and maintenance of detailed integration and separation plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Support the planning, execution and monitoring of integrations, ensuring acquisitions achieve deal model metrics and key milestone
