About the Role The Manager, Pharmacy is a critical operations leadership role focused on improving patient outcomes, reducing in-patient stays, and lowering healthcare costs. This role partners with the Site Leader to manage strategic and day-to-day operations, including staffing, employee engagement, and continuous improvement, and leads Pharmacy Technician staff, ATP operations, filling, packaging, and delivery. The position also serves as a key site leader ensuring HR policy, engagement, and morale issues are handled consistently in alignment with other functional leaders.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage Pharmacy Technician staff, ATP operations, filling, packaging, and delivery.
  • Partner with the Site Leader to oversee staffing, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, engagement, and morale initiatives on-site.
  • Achieve production cost to fill objectives and maintain productivity within budgeted headcount.
  • Implement disciplined performance management including Individual Action Plans and Corrective Actions.
  • Drive month-over-month reductions in Quality Related Events related to fulfillment.
  • Control and reduce delivery cost per shipment and improve inventory accuracy (target within 1% variance quarterly).
  • Identify and reduce inventory losses; embody AnewHealth's Core Values in all interactions.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Strong leadership background with ability to supervise front-line teams (25+ employees) and guide a broad skill set.
  • Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline; ability to handle stress and positive change that maintains morale; experience in high-volume, precise fulfillment/distribution and continuous improvement.
  • Travel: Travel may be required for operational needs or client-facing events.
  • Physical readiness: Ability to stand, move, and perform in a pharmacy environment.
