Job title: Manager, People Team and Marketing Specialist
People Team: The People team Operations & Recruiter is responsible for both the smooth execution of people team administrative processes and effective talent acquisition. Reporting to the people team partner, this position supports the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to offboarding and people team compliance — while ensuring efficient people team service delivery and attracting top talent to the organization. Co-operation with Deloitte Taiwan and finance manager to ensure payroll and update on HR related local changes and make sure we are compliance
Marketing: Support the development and execution of Taiwan marketing plans for managing director and sales team, coordinate and support management visits and local marketing activities (ex: seminar/ trainings, product launches…etc.) Assist managing director for market research/ data analysis and reports generation. Co-ordinate the meetings and visiting schedules and traveling reimbursement.
