About the Role
Paramount is seeking a Pension Manager to join the Total Rewards team to oversee the administration and management of Paramount Global's pension plans, with a focus on U.S. defined benefit plans. The role involves policy development, compliance, vendor coordination, and delivering high-quality service to pensioners and active participants. What You'll Do

Implement policies and procedures for Paramount Global's pension plans.

Perform complex manual benefit calculations supporting both US and non-US plans.

Resolve issues and claims related to the pension plans.

Coordinate the work of external pension administration vendors and other related service providers.

Find opportunities to streamline administration of plans.

Provide excellent customer service to pensioners, active employee participants and team members.

Work on the annual SOX compliance and Defined Benefit audits for all plans.

Analyze historical data to build operational efficiencies.

Handle the Defined Benefit regulatory filings and processing benefit payments in Canada.

Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and standards. What We're Looking For

Experience managing defined benefit pension plans and pension administration.

Knowledge of regulatory filings and compliance, including SOX.

Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze historical data to drive efficiencies.

Customer-service orientation for pensioners and active participants.

Cross-border experience with Canada pension processing is a plus. Nice to Have

Experience with cross-border pension administration (US/Canada).
