About the Role EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Consulting – People Consulting (PC) is seeking a Manager in Organization and Workforce Transformation (OWT) to join the GDS practice. The role focuses on delivering organizational design, workforce transformation, and change initiatives that enable EY's growth and enhance client service across EY's global delivery network. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end organizational and workforce transformation engagements for EY clients within the GDS framework.
- Partner with account teams to define transformation strategies, develop program roadmaps, and manage deliverables.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across EY's global delivery centers, ensuring high-quality, timely results.
- Mentor and develop junior staff and contribute to business development and thought leadership in People Consulting. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives in a consulting environment.
- Strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Ability to operate in a global delivery environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Nice to Have
- Experience with EY's Global Delivery Services or People Consulting environments preferred.
- Knowledge of transformation methods such as organization design and workforce analytics.
- Industry domain knowledge in Markets, Business Management, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, or Procurement.
