About the Role Robert Half Canada is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Manager, Office Services & Facilities in Toronto. This role leads the day-to-day office operations, overseeing facilities, conference services, and Business Centre operations, and partners with office leadership on service delivery, budgeting, risk awareness, and continuous improvement. On-site presence is required for a minimum of four days per week.
What You'll Do Leading daily office operations, including facilities, conference services, and Business Centre functions. Overseeing vendor relationships for workplace services such as janitorial, mail, print, food service, and office amenities. Supporting compliance with security, risk management, business continuity, and emergency preparedness protocols. Partnering with office leadership and internal teams to deliver a consistent, client-ready workplace experience. Leading, coaching, and developing the Office Services team in Toronto. Supporting budgeting, cost management, and vendor spend oversight. Identifying and implementing service and workplace process improvements. Collaborating on space utilization and workplace planning initiatives.
What We're Looking For A University degree in business administration, operations, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of progressive operations or office management experience. Prior team leadership or supervisory experience; experience in a law firm or complex corporate environment is an asset. Strong communication, project management, and change management skills. Demonstrated budgeting, financial management, and problem-solving abilities. Able to work effectively in a decentralized, matrixed environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard workplace technologies. Able to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Nice to Have Prior team leadership or supervisory experience; experience in a law firm or complex corporate environment is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: 100,000 - 110,000 CAD per year
