Manager of Field Marketing & Business Development
Job Responsibilities
- Represent the Carl Zeiss SMS business in Taiwan and China
- Continue to improve knowledge on application related issues for the SMS tools
- Leading team for application support and new application development
- Join weekly meeting with customers for summarizing and reporting issues as well as providing feedback on a technical level
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for HQ and TIC (service agent)
- Provide technical support for customer and TIC via phone
- Prepare and present detailed technical presentations (application related) material for support during sales assist
- Track action items and open issues with customer to help bring into fast closure
- Provide weekly report to HQ application support team
- As you will represent Zeiss in South East Asia region, frequent travel for up to few weeks may be required in order to assist China, Japan and Korea.
- Periodical training in HQ is required, training period 1-3 months depended on the training subject.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Qualification
- Master’s degree, Optical background, litho/etching process experiences
- 7+ years relavent experience
