Manager of Enterprise Accounts

Factorial

About this role

About the Role Factorial is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Accounts to lead the performance of its most strategically important accounts within the Customer Experience leadership team. This role manages a team of Key Account Managers and focuses on growing, renewing, and deepening product adoption across enterprise portfolios while building KAMs' commercial capability to operate at the executive level. What You'll Do

  • Portfolio ownership: Drive Net Dollar Retention, Gross Renewal Rate, and expansion ARR across the full account portfolio. You own the number — not just the process.
  • Coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers to operate at C-suite level and win complex renewals and negotiations.
  • Set the commercial strategy for the portfolio and partner with Enterprise Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Own the enterprise segment as a central focus and be ultimately accountable for the team's Net Dollar Retention.
  • You'll report directly to the Head of XL Accounts and partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Work with Factorial's most complex, highest-value clients—multinational companies and large domestic enterprises—requiring executive presence and procurement/renewal cycle understanding. What We're Looking For
  • Executive presence and commercial sophistication to manage high-value enterprise relationships.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and renewal cycles.
  • Ability to set and drive the commercial strategy for a portfolio and coach KAMs through complex renewals and negotiations.
  • Accountability for Net Dollar Retention and ability to collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Experience working with multinational companies and strategic accounts with significant ARR.
