About the Role AGCO seeks a Manager of Engineering Data Management and Process Control to lead global governance of engineering data, standardize processes, and drive AI-enabled transformation across the Crop Care platform. This role ensures data integrity across PLM, ERP, CAD, and product configuration systems while advancing the future engineering operating model for Crop Care. What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain global standards for Crop Care engineering data structures, taxonomies, product configurations, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and traceability across PLM, ERP, CAD, and engineering business systems.
  • Act as the global owner of engineering master data policies and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with IT to drive system enhancements, integrations, and digital engineering initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain standardized engineering processes and workflows across Crop Care; establish KPIs and compliance tracking tools.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment of engineering processes with global product development, manufacturing, and quality standards.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering processes and workflows; identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity, data quality, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to redesign processes and systems that maximize the value of emerging digital technologies.
  • Serve as the SME for engineering systems, including PLM, PDM, CAD data management, ERP interfaces, and product configurators.
  • Provide engineering-focused systems support, drive issue resolution, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, usability, and business value across the engineering tool landscape.
  • Support virtual build activities by ensuring engineering models, configurations, and product structures are accurate, complete, and suitable for digital validation.
  • Enable identification of design interferences, configuration issues, and data discrepancies prior to physical builds.
  • Collaborate across functions and governance structures with Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Product Platforms to advance the operating model for Crop Care. What We're Looking For
  • Experience leading engineering data governance and master data policy in a global environment.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM, ERP, CAD data management, PDM, and product configurators.
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain standardized engineering processes, KPIs, and compliance tooling.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with AI-enabled processes, automation, and analytics in engineering.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Product Platforms.
  • Ability to architect data standards, taxonomies, and lifecycle management across multiple systems. Nice to Have
  • Experience with virtual validation, digital twins, and virtual build workflows.
  • Background in digital engineering transformation and system optimization across Crop Care or similar platforms. Compensation & Benefits
