Requirements
Must have qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Telecoms
- 7–10 years in network operations or NOC management
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
- CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, ITIL v4, or Fortinet NSE 4 — mandatory
- Experience managing 24/7 operations and SLA-driven environments.
