Manager - ME
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling automotive components and systems according to standardized work instructions and quality specifications. This role ensures that parts are correctly installed, inspected, and tested to meet production and safety standards. The Assembly Technician works as part of a team on the production line, contributing to efficient workflow, product quality, and continuous improvement efforts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive parts and systems using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Inspect assembled components for defects, alignment, and functionality to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Adhere to documented processes and safety protocols to maintain consistency and reduce errors in production.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, material defects, or process deviations to supervisors or engineering teams.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards to support a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Education and Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Trade School, or Associate’s Degree
- 0+ years of experience

Basic understanding of mechanical systems and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
