About this role

About the Role The Marketing Manager, Recordings will lead catalog marketing for actively signed/on-roster artists across Island Records. You will be the central point of contact for campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, commerce, eCommerce, CRM, and audience growth to treat catalog as a living asset that fuels artist growth, fan engagement, and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage catalog marketing plans aligned with current releases, touring, anniversaries, and cultural moments for the actively signed artists across the Republic Collective.
  • Support catalog as a growth engine for audience expansion and discovery.
  • Own timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple initiatives; coordinate with internal teams and artist management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Benchmark campaign success against spend and consumption; serve as central point of contact for projects.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams on Resurgent Track campaigns, DSP strategy, social activations, first-party data collection initiatives, advertising, content, and more.
  • Use data insights to inform targeting and optimization; drive discovery among new audiences.
  • Collaborate on new product ideation and catalog-driven eCommerce campaigns; coordinate product storytelling and launch timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in music marketing and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, eCommerce and fan engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Creative mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Thrives in an artist-driven environment where priorities shift; travel as required.
  • Passionate about catalog music as a living asset, not a static legacy business.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: USD 45,000–91,960 per year.
