About the Role PUMA Sourcing leads the transformation of innovative concepts into final products by working with suppliers and PUMA teams worldwide. The Manager Manufacturing Operations will lead manufacturing operations for footwear, collaborating across supply chain & logistics to bring on-time, quality products to market from Carlsbad, USA. What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for footwear within PUMA Sourcing, ensuring alignment with production planning and supply chain goals.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to optimize production, efficiency and quality control.
- Drive process improvements, implement quality checks, and support sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
- Travel as required to support local and global markets and maintain close partnerships across regions. What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing operations, footwear operations or related production environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics within a global company.
- Strong collaboration, cross-functional communication, and ownership mentality.
- Willingness to travel to support global operations. Nice to Have
- Experience working with factory workshops and on-site trainings to improve production processes.
