About the Role As a Manager in Baker Tilly’s Managed Services for Accounting and Finance, you will oversee end-to-end service delivery for client engagements, ensuring accounting outputs are accurate, timely, and meet client expectations with minimal rework. You will lead the production of financial reports and manage staffing, billing, and profitability targets, while guiding offshore execution and client service excellence. Strong expertise in upstream oil and gas accounting is required, with depth in at least two areas.
