Job title: Manager M&A (m/f/d)
About the Role We are seeking support in the M&A area within Group Business Development in Vienna or Graz to lead and drive M&A processes from target identification to closing, and to contribute to corporate development for ANDRITZ.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the entire M&A process from target identification to closing.
- Negotiate deal terms and framework conditions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, assess potential targets, and participate in organizational development.
- Conduct and present appropriate valuation procedures.
- Prepare presentations for the Board level.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities considering strategic and economic factors.
- Contribute to a variety of diverse special projects in corporate development.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree with strong emphasis in Finance, strategic management, or accounting; outstanding academic record.
- 5-10 years relevant experience in an M&A advisory, industrial, or investment banking environment.
- Knowledge in Financial Due Diligence, Private Equity, M&A, and corporate valuation.
- Interest in industrial topics and new technologies; strong analytical and systemic thinking; quick comprehension; ability to work independently and quickly learn new topics.
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and self-motivation; professional, confident demeanor; strong team player.
- Negotiation-savvy German and English language skills; strong communication.
- Excellent MS Office skills (365, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); willingness to engage, learn, teamwork and flexibility.
