About the Role You will join EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Analytics team in Birmingham as a Manager responsible for the day-to-day delivery of analytics on live M&A engagements. The role focuses on translating deal hypotheses into analytics workplans, producing robust insights, and shaping the transaction narrative through data-driven analysis. You’ll work closely with EY deal teams and clients to deliver data-driven support across buy-side, sell-side, vendor assistance and exit readiness.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day delivery of Transaction Analytics workstreams across buy-side, sell-side, vendor assistance and exit readiness engagements.
- Translate deal questions and value hypotheses into practical analytics workplans, prioritising analysis based on materiality, timeline and client need.
