About the Role The Manager (L7) Technology Workforce Management will provide governance and support for workforce planning (FTEs and Contractors) across strategic programs, with a focus on reporting, process design and stakeholder management to ensure workforce-related activities align with Scotiabank's controls and objectives. What You'll Do
- Facilitate resource-related inquiries by collaborating directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to manage requirements from intake and validation through to execution, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
- Run and support the end-to-end backend process of strategic programs.
- Provide analytical and operational support to the Senior Manager, Tech Workforce Management by consolidating, reconciling and reporting resourcing data using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
