- Experience in tax advisory or related professional services (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a diverse, inclusive team across a large, global network. Nice to Have
- Prior leadership experience or track record in managing projects or teams within a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled tax solutions or Ignition Centers is a plus.
